Convenience Comes to Southern Albemarle

Residents of Southern Albemarle have a state-of-the-art recycling center with a $2.00 tag-a-bag for household trash.

The local community joined representatives of the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority on Thursday, June 22 for the official ribbon cutting ot the Southern Albemarle Convenience Center. After years of planning, residents now have a place to recycle and throw away household trash locally.
