The intersection of James River Road and Valley Street
The view from my side yard!
I took this photo shortly after 3:00 today. Both VDOT and AEP have been notified. That was nearly three hours ago. Trees at this intersection have caused havoc for a few years now. It does not seem to matter that potential issues are reported.
