They will be at the James River Brewery this evening from 5:00 to 6:30.
Scottsville has been undergoing change, and one is in the town office. Javier Raudales has been appointed as the Town Administrator. He comes to this position at an important time for the town as the Planning Commission and Town Council are tasked with updating the Comprehensive Plan.
Javier and I had a fairly in-depth conversation around the Comprehensive Plan which is updated every five years per the Virginia State Code.
